Laneige Cream Skin Refiner is a toner-cream hybrid. It applies like a toner but has the moisturizing properties of a cream to provide skin with maximum hydration in one simple step. The texture is lightweight (like any other toner) with a runny consistency. It's formulated with White Leaf Tea Water and amino acids to strengthen the skin barrier. This product is not meant to replace your moisturizer but rather, add an extra boost of hydration for dewy looking skin.
Please note: this is the Korean version. The American version is named "Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer". Both are the same.

Directions: After cleansing, pour a small amount onto your hands or cotton pads. Pat gently into the skin.
Another application method: wet cotton pads with Cream Skin Refiner and use as a moisturizing toner pack. Leave on the skin for 2 minutes and remove. Pat gently into the skin.
