Are the products you sell 100% authentic?
Yes! All the items sold on bambeau are guaranteed authentic. We receive our products only from legitimate and safe sources.
Why does the packaging/bottle of your product look different from mine?
All our products are purchased directly from Korea wholesalers and sometimes the packaging is designed differently for the international markets. Usually the formulations are the same.
At times, the packaging may also be different if it's a newer version of the same product.
I want to buy an item but it is out of stock! When will you restock it?
We receive new products every week! If there is an item you want to purchase but it is out of stock (or not shown on the website), feel free to email us to let us know and we can provide you with an estimated restock date for it. Sometimes we have "Instagram-Exclusive" items for sale so be sure to follow us on there too!
How do I check the expiration date of my product?
For most products, you can find its expiration date listed on the back/bottom of the package. Some products may indicate its manufacture date rather than expiry date. "제조" indicates the manufactured date. "까지" indicates the expiration date.
If your product only indicates a manufactured date, you can calculate the expiration date to be about 3 years after that (before opening).
At bambeau, we never sell any expired products though. All the products you receive from us will have at least 1 year or more until they expire.
Can I get some samples with my order?
Yes! We provide samples (and sometimes a free mask) with every order over $20.

Do I qualify for free shipping? How long will my package take to arrive? How much is shipping? Can I track it? Will I have to pay duties/taxes when my package arrives? Do you ship to my country?

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes we do! We are conveniently located on the corner of King and Yonge in downtown Toronto if you want to come pick up your order. Please email or DM on Instagram to check availability of times though.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept AMEX, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay!
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I place it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you forgot to purchase an item and want to add it to the order (and have the shipping combined), please email us to let us know and we can facilitate.
