Here at bambeau, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), we can take it back and issue you a full refund or exchange based on these conditions:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to state your reason for return as well as your order number. You may also reply to or forward the order confirmation email with questions or concerns regarding that order.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Product(s) must be returned within 21 days of their arrival date.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges (including tracking number).
- Once we receive and examine the items, we will send you an email notification regarding the refund. If the items are found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to issue the refund.
- Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sales items cannot be refunded.
- Refund will be issued back onto the original payment method within 2 business days of its arrival back to us. Please contact us if you do not see the refund within 1 week of our email notification.
- Were your items damaged during the shipping to you? If so, we can exchange it for the same items. You will need to send us an email to email@example.com within 3 days of the package's arrival date with photos of your damaged items. We can then discuss the process of exchange.
